AzPilot is a personal AI email assistant, currently in a private pilot. The pilot instance (Google OAuth app name “Rashad2”) is operated by Rashad Guliyev and used only with his own Google and email accounts.
With the owner's consent, AzPilot accesses Gmail messages and attachments and Google Calendar events of the connected account, using Google OAuth.
The data is used solely to provide features to the owner: summaries, search, reply drafts sent only after the owner's explicit approval, and calendar management. Message content is processed by the Anthropic Claude API to produce summaries and answers. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with any other third party.
Data is stored on a private server controlled by the owner. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the owner.
AzPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; stored data is then deleted from the server.
